TIPS FOR MAKING MORE PROFIT:
- Make sure your mugs or cups and saucers match and they arent chipped or cracked
- Present your offer well
- Have menus available or a well presented chalk board visible to your customers
- Serve a biscuit on the side to add value
- Think about offering biscuits, flapjacks or brownies as extras
- Think about takeaway
NB: If you leave the teabag in make sure theres somewhere for your customers to put it!
