Food Safety

Ensure you are complying with all aspects of food safety and hygiene within your pub


Staff training record

For each team member, make a note of when they have been trained on different food safety methods.

This should include:

  • Personal hygiene.
  • Opening and closing checks.
  • Cross contamination.
  • Cleaning.
  • Chilling.
  • Cooking.
  • Management.
  • Retraining.


Use this form as a staff training record and ensure you keep it up to date and filed away for reference.
