Food Safety

Ensure you are complying with all aspects of food safety and hygiene within your pub


Suppliers list

It is necessary to keep a record of where you are purchasing your products so you are able to trace the source in case of any eventuality.

The list should include:

  • Suppliers name and contact details.
  • Delivery dates.
  • Lead time for placing an order.
  • Goods to be supplied with any relevant codes.
  • Temperature check – what is the temperature of the delivery van (specifically chilled and frozen).
  • Name of delivery driver.
