Use this page to answer some of questions you may have when using this site.

Q1: Ive already got my own menu, but want to use the system to print menus and posters. How do I do this?

Q2: I like the pre designed Sunday Roast menu but I want to change two of the dishes, can I do this?

Q3: What if Im in the middle of designing my menus and am called away or am simply too tired to continue and want to go to bed. Can I come back to this later?

Q4: Do I have to pay for this system?

Q5: I have a local printer who I work with; can I use him to print my menus?

Q9: Can I add my own menu item if it does not already exist in the menu bank?


Q1: Ive already got my own menu, but want to use the system to print menus and posters. How do I do this?

A: The system provides a variety of set menu, poster and leaflet templates for you to choose from. It will be possible to put your own menu on our designs at the end of July when we will also be introducing lots of new designs as well.

Q2: I like the pre designed Sunday Roast menu but I want to change two of the dishes, can I do this?

A: Yes. In the Menu Creator, there is a 'modify your menu' stage that enables you to delete and add additional menu items.

Q3: What if Im in the middle of designing my menus and am called away or am simply too tired to continue and want to go to bed. Can I come back to this later?

A: Yes, the system will automatically remember you and save any projects you are currently working on, so you can come back into the site and complete these projects at any time.

Q4: Do I have to pay for this system?

A: You will not need to pay for using this service, you will only need to pay for any printed items you order through the site.

Q5: I have a local printer who I work with; can I use him to print my menus?

A: Yes. When it comes to printing your menu, you can either print it youself on to your own printer, ask a local printer to print it for you, or alternatively our online designated print partner can print it for you at very competitive rates.

Q6: Can I order the food I need for my menus on line?

A: It is currently possible to order via the suppliers telephone number or email address (see their contact details on the suppliers page).

Q7: What if I want to order additional print items such as banners and signage?

A: It is possible to order banners through the site but it is not currently possible to order signage. More print items will be added as the site is developed.

Q8: What if the system crashes, who can I contact to help me?

A: Please contact our technical department, their details are under the Contact Us section of the website.

Q9: Can I add my own menu item if it does not already exist in the menu bank?

A: Currently the menu items that you can add are limited to what is available from the menu bank, although each dish can be renamed. You will be able to add your own dishes to the menus at the end of July when the system is upgraded.
