Hospitality Apprenticeships and NVQs are nationally designed training programmes offering employees the opportunity to enhance their career through a combination of training and assessment. Programmes are offered at two levels.
How does it work?
- VT Training visit the potential candidate and employer
- They will carry out an induction and explain what their Apprenticeship will involve
- Once the learner is signed up to a programme, an individual learning plan is agreed
- The learner will be visited regularly by their Vocational Coach who will help them towards the qualification
- The Vocational Coach will keep the employer informed
- Technical certificates and key skills exams will be arranged and monitored by the Vocational Coach
