The Food Standards Agency (FSA) are currently formally consulting on the proposed introduction of a national SOTD scheme. Once introduced nationwide, such a scheme is likely to have a significant impact, particularly on the retail, catering and hospitality industries.
Through responding to this formal consultation, you and your business have an opportunity to air your views and influence the shape of the final scheme.
